# The 12 Hours of Sebring

If you want to experience motorsport at its most raw and authentic, Sebring is the answer.

History

Sebring International Raceway was built on a World War II airfield. The original concrete runway still forms part of the circuit, giving it the roughest surface in professional racing.

The Race

The 12 Hours of Sebring is the second round of the IMSA WeatherTech Championship and part of the Super Sebring weekend, paired with the WEC 1000 Miles of Sebring.

Where to Stay

Sebring is small—book early. The Inn on the Lakes is the most popular option. For a unique experience, camp in the paddock.

Insider Tips

  • Walk the entire paddock—it's open and accessible
